Do you find it hard to know whether a change made in your practice is actually having the desired effect? Discover the power of measuring change and:

  • understand the importance of data

  • learn how to improve data quality

  • define different types of measures

  • understand how to present data to others

  • understand how variation affects results.

 

 

Leading and Managing Change

Creating, leading and managing change at practice level is not as easy as it seems. Gain direction by learning:

  • the difference between ‘change’ and ‘transition’

  • some common causes of resistance to change and reasons for engaging in change

  • Professor John Kotter’s (Harvard Business School and world-renowned change expert) ‘8 Step Process for Leading Change’.

 

Webinar Fee is $150 per individual webinar (ex GST), or $650 (ex GST) for the full series of five ($130 per webinar) per general practice/health service.
