A/prof Ralph Audehm
A/prof Audehm is a practicing GP with an interest in population health and chronic disease management in primary care. He has particular interests in heart disease, osteoporosis, asthma, diabetes and early intervention/prevention. Dr Audehm has had numerous memberships on Boards, Expert Panels and Working Parties. He has worked across many of the sectors in general practice from private practice, community health to the hospital and NGO sector. He is an improvement consultant for the improvement foundation in supporting organisations in change management and quality improvement.

Dr Richard Bills
Richard is a GP with almost 30 years’ experience working in rural Victoria.
He has an intimate knowledge of the primary care-hospital interface and was responsible for developing Victoria’s first Small Rural Hospital Clinical Benchmarking consortium more than 15 years ago.

Dr Lynne Davies
Lynne has worked in rural and remote general practice for the past 30 years. Lynne established Tintenbar Medical Centre, located on the north coast of NSW, which showcased its chronic disease management nationally and won an award for excellence in diabetes care. She now works on Flinders Island Tasmania and her particular interests are Aboriginal Health, Remote Medicine and quality, systematic chronic disease management.

Dr Paresh Dawda
Paresh has a portfolio of roles as a GP, academic, educator and consultant. He is the Director and Principal of an innovative outreach primary care service as well as a forthcoming technology enabled general practice. He has academic affiliations and is Editor-in-Chief of BMJ’s Integrated Healthcare Journal. He undertakes consultancy and had developed and designed leadership, quality and patient safety programmes for the NHS and a number of PHNs in Australia. He has spoken at national and international conferences, acted as adviser on a number of Commonwealth committees as well as jurisdictional health committees and is an GP Consultant Adviser at the NSW Agency for Clinical Innovation and eHealth. The golden thread uniting his broad interests is a passion for person-centred care.

Dr Dale Ford
Dr Ford has considerable quality improvement experience specialising in the application of Collaboratives. Dr Ford was involved in the APCC Program since its inception, initially as its inaugural clinical chair, then as the program’s clinical director and member of the advisory committee. He has trained in the Collaborative methodology and quality improvement techniques in the UK and the US and has presented extensively throughout Australia.

Dr Charlotte Hespe
Charlotte is a GP principal and teaches medical students in a group Family Medical Practice in Glebe, Sydney. She is also Head of General Practice and Primary Care research at the Sydney School of Medicine, University of Notre Dame Australia. Currently she Chairs RACGP, NSW/ACT Faculty Council and sits on the Board of RACGP.
Charlotte has been involved with APCC since her practice enrolled in the program in 2008 and was Clinical Chair for the APCC Wave 4 program. She is currently completing a PhD in the topic of Quality Improvement and prevention of Cardiovascular Disease in the real world of general practice.

Dr Andrew Knight
Profile Dr Knight has worked with the Improvement Foundation on the Australian Primary Care Collaboratives Program since its inception. He has been Chair of the Expert Reference Panel on Access and Care Redesign and has published a number of peer reviewed articles on the APCC Program. He has presented at many workshops across Australia and assisted with the development and presentation of IF’s Quality Skills Improvement Program.

Dr Tony Lembke
Originally a participant in the NPCC program in 2005, Tony was the Clinical Director for the Australian Primary Care Collaboratives Program since 2007 and inaugural Clinical Lead for the eCollaborative Program since 2011. Dr Lembke also works as a rural General Practitioner (GP), in the Alstonville Clinic where he has practiced as a full time GP since 1983.
